Andrey Bilzho’s lecture “How Not to Lose Your Mind in Crazy Times”

On 16 November at 18:00, Helsinki will host a lecture by Andrey Bilzho, “How Not to Lose Your Mind in Crazy Times.”

Andrey Bilzho is a cartoonist, writer and humorist, the creator of the famous Petrovich character, and someone with a rare ability to speak about serious matters with ease and humour.

During the lecture, we will talk about how to find the strength to enjoy life in difficult times, how not to let everyday problems throw us off balance, and how to maintain peace of mind even in the most uncertain circumstances.

The event will also feature a presentation of Andrey Bilzho’s new book “Азбука 2022–20…” (Alphabet 2022–20...), in which the author combines his personal and professional experience with his own perspective on the events of recent years, creating a coherent visual and textual narrative. Copies of the book will be available for purchase at the event, and guests will have an opportunity to have them signed by the author.

Andrey Bilzho is a trained psychiatrist and worked in the profession for ten years in various psychiatric hospitals. His lecture will take place in the former Lapinlahti psychiatric hospital — the first hospital in Finland built specifically for psychiatric care.

So the atmosphere and full immersion in the subject are guaranteed!

Come along to laugh and talk about serious things — a good mood is especially important in difficult times.

The event will be held in Russian.
