Our friends from the public organization Fenix Finland offer free psychological support to migrants in Finland in Russian and Ukrainian.
If you find yourself in a difficult life situation and are overwhelmed by anxiety or a sense of hopelessness, you can participate in online sessions with a volunteer specialist from the organization. These sessions will help you look at your situation from a new perspective and find ways to ease your experience.
The specialists are also ready to assist with issues related to healthcare, the organization of school education, child protection, and countering all forms of violence. If you need help from other specialists, Fenix Finland will refer you to the necessary state or social organizations.
All sessions are free and strictly confidential.💙
